Da Nang is a good place to keep meals uncomplicated: a noodle bowl, a few small rice cakes or pancakes shared with friends. All ten restaurants below hold Bib Gourmands in the MICHELIN Guide. They offer different meals, so choose by dish and location rather than trying to visit them all.
Checked September 24, 2026 against the 2026 MICHELIN Guide selection. This is our editorial Top 10, not a Michelin ranking or a firsthand dining review. A Bib Gourmand recognises good-value cooking; it is not a Michelin Star. Confirm opening times, menus and reservations directly before visiting.

1. Thìa Gỗ
Bib Gourmand | 53 Phan Thuc Duyen Street, Da Nang.
Thìa Gỗ pairs a leafy setting with Vietnamese dishes including southern-style beef phở and bánh xèo. That mix is useful for a group whose members want different things. Share a pancake if you are hungry, but remember that someone ordering a noodle bowl may not need several extra dishes.

2. Ăn Thôi
Bib Gourmand | 114 Bach Dang Street, Da Nang.
Close to the Han River and Han Market, Ăn Thôi fits easily into a central Da Nang day. Its bánh xèo can include pork, shrimp and squid. Check the filling, share the pancake, and leave time for a riverside walk instead of squeezing another major activity into the meal break.

3. Bánh Bèo - Bánh đập
Bib Gourmand | 251 Phan Chau Trinh Street, Da Nang.
This 2026 Bib Gourmand newcomer is a good stop for rice-based snacks. Try bánh bèo in small dishes, then compare it with bánh đập, which combines a crisp cracker and a soft rice layer. Ask how many pieces come in an order before treating the snacks as a full lunch.

4. Bún Bò Huế Bà Thương
Bib Gourmand | 23 Tran Quoc Toan Street, Da Nang.
The lemongrass-led noodle soup can include sliced beef, pork knuckle and meatballs. Ask for the combination you actually want rather than assuming bún bò means beef only. Keep chilli additions gradual and try the broth first; the bowl is already built around a distinct seasoning profile.

5. Bánh Xèo Tôm Nhảy Cô Ba
Bib Gourmand | 248 Trung Nu Vuong Street, Da Nang.
These Bình Định-style shrimp pancakes offer a useful contrast to the larger southern versions. Michelin notes fish or peanut dipping sauces, so ask which is being served, especially if ingredients matter to you. Share an initial order and assemble smaller bites with the accompanying greens.

6. Bún Chả Cá 109
Bib Gourmand | 109 Nguyen Chi Thanh Street, Da Nang.
Fish-cake noodles are a useful Da Nang alternative to beef soup. The bowl brings together steamed and fried fish cakes, with tomato and pineapple in the broth. Ask about optional fish or crab additions and their price before agreeing to extras. The street number is part of the shop’s name.

7. Bà Đông
Bib Gourmand | 145 Huynh Thuc Khang Street, Da Nang.
Bún mắm makes a change from hot noodle soup: rice noodles meet a fish-sauce dressing and toppings such as roast pork. The mixed option includes additional meats, so check the contents before ordering. Choose this when you want to explore a different flavour and texture, not another phở variation.

8. Lê Gia Khang (Ngũ Hành Sơn)
Bib Gourmand | 19 Le Quang Dao Street, Da Nang.
This 2026 Bib Gourmand addition specialises in bún bò Huế. Its beef-bone version is a distinctive order, but availability should be checked on arrival. The mixed bowl may include blood curd and tendon. Ask about the contents and choose a simpler bowl if those textures are unfamiliar.

9. Quê Xưa (Hòa Cường)
Bib Gourmand | 165-167 Nui Thanh Street, Da Nang.
Mì Quảng and boiled pork with rice paper are useful starting points here. Choose the noodles for an individual meal or the pork-and-herb wraps for something to share. The fermented anchovy sauce has a distinct character; try a little before dipping a whole wrap into it.

10. Cô Chủ Nhỏ
Bib Gourmand | 36 Phan Tu Street, Da Nang.
Duck is the focus at Cô Chủ Nhỏ. Michelin describes rice-and-mung-bean duck porridge alongside a poached duck salad with fruit and herbs. Ask whether a smaller porridge order and a shared salad will suit your group, rather than assuming each dish is a single-person portion.
